What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancel or reschedule 12 hours or more before the start for a full refund (bundle lessons go back into your bundle). With less than 12 hours' notice, you get 50% back and 50% goes to your tutor. What if my tutor cancels or doesn't show up?
You don't pay. Your tutor is paid only after your lesson is over.

Where do lessons happen?
Online, in the Bantu Plaza lesson room. When it is time, you join from your dashboard. We also email you the joining details.
