Founded in Botswana. We want anyone who wants to speak Southern Africa’s languages to be able to learn them, so they stay spoken and get passed on to the next generation. Every lesson pays a native or fluent speaker for teaching their language, and helps a learner talk to family and understand where they come from.
Our mission
Make learning Setswana, isiZulu or chiShona as easy as learning Spanish, and make teaching them a real living. We pay tutors fairly and we ask learners and tutors what to build next.
