Issued in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2018 of the Republic of Botswana.
First-lesson money-back guarantee
If your first paid lesson with a new tutor isn’t a fit, then within 24 hours of the lesson we’ll set you up with a free first lesson with another tutor of similar value — and you can keep trying until you find the one you click with — or you can request a 100% refund. No questions asked.
Cancellations
- More than 12 hours before the lesson: 100% refund.
- Inside the 12-hour window: 50% of the fee is released to the tutor to compensate for the held slot; you receive the other 50% back.
- Lessons missed by the tutor (no-show): 100% refund.
How to request a refund
Cancel the booking from your dashboard, or email info@bantuplaza.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
If we can’t agree
Under section 96 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2018 you may refer a dispute that we cannot resolve to the Consumer Protection Office of the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Botswana.
