Good to know
Does it renew automatically?
No. Plus is prepaid for 1 or 12 months. We email you before it ends with a link to add more time, and nothing is charged unless you choose to.
What happens when it ends?
Levels you opened through Plus close again, but your progress is saved and comes back when you rejoin. Guides, packs and lessons you bought separately are always yours.
How does the lesson discount work?
While you are a member, lessons, bundles and group classes are 10% cheaper at checkout. Bantu Plaza pays for the saving, so your tutor is paid in full.
Can I get a refund?
Plus follows the same rules as our study guides. See our Refund policy, or reply to any email from us and we will help.
