Can I see what a lesson is like before I book?
Yes. Watch Keletso's intro video at the top of this page to hear how they speak and teach before you book anything. Lessons are one-to-one, and you can switch tutors at any time at no charge.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancel or reschedule 12 hours or more before the start for a full refund (bundle lessons go back into your bundle). With less than 12 hours' notice, you get 50% back and 50% goes to your tutor. Missed lessons are charged in full. In a genuine emergency, email info@bantuplaza.com. Read the refund policy
What if my tutor cancels or doesn't show up?
You don't pay. Your tutor is paid only after your lesson is over.
Are there booking fees?
No. The lesson price you see is the price you pay at checkout.
Where do lessons happen?
Online, in the Bantu Plaza lesson room. When it is time, you join from your dashboard. We also email you the joining details.
How do bundles work?
Bundles are optional. Prepay standard lessons with this tutor and pay less per lesson (5 lessons: save 8%, use within 1 month; 10 lessons: save 15%, use within 3 months). Unused lessons expire and aren't refunded. Deep-dive lessons are always paid separately.
